1. How consent works
This notice explains each purpose for which ENHANCE PATH CONSULTANCY SERVICES (MarketYourProfile) asks for your consent. Consent is free and specific to each purpose. Our checkboxes are never ticked in advance, and optional consents aren't needed to receive our services.
Some of these purposes apply only when that feature is available or you use that service.
2. Consent needed for the service you request
- Candidate registration: "I consent to MYP using my details to create and manage my candidate record."
- Career consultation: "I consent to MYP processing my details to respond to this request and arrange my consultation."
- Email and mobile OTP: "I consent to MYP sending a one-time password to my email and mobile number to verify them."
- Course brochure: "I am 18 or older, and I consent to MYP emailing me a one-time code and contacting me about this course."
- Resume processing: "I consent to MYP storing and reviewing my resume and profile to provide career services."
- Placement assistance: "I consent to MYP using my details to provide placement assistance, including job opportunity coordination."
3. Consent we ask for separately
You can say no to these and still receive the service, though some support may be limited.
- Recruiter profile sharing: "I authorize MYP to share my resume and profile with recruiters and employers for relevant opportunities." We may also confirm this for specific opportunities.
- WhatsApp and email updates: "I agree to receive updates about my request and services on WhatsApp and email." Essential messages about a service you've requested may still be sent by email or phone.
4. Optional marketing
- Marketing and promotions: "I agree to receive career tips, offers and promotional messages from MYP." This is always separate from service consent, and is never required.
5. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw any consent at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing already done. If you withdraw consent a service depends on, we may be unable to continue that service, and any fees are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
