Pay After Placement Agreement

1. About this agreement

These are the standard terms of MarketYourProfile's Pay After Placement (PAP) service. They become binding only when you and MYP both sign them, together with a Schedule prepared for you. Reading this page doesn't enrol you, and it isn't an offer of service.

The Schedule records the commercial terms that apply to you. If these standard terms and your signed Schedule differ, the Schedule applies, subject to your rights under law.

2. Parties

This agreement is between ENHANCE PATH CONSULTANCY SERVICES, GSTIN 29AALFE8214H1Z7, Sigma Tech Park, Level 6, Gamma Block, Varthur Kodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560066, India, trading as MarketYourProfile ("MYP"), and the candidate named in the Schedule ("you").

3. The Schedule

Before you sign, your Schedule will set out in writing:

• The services included for you, and how long they run.
• What counts as a successful placement, and which offers are eligible.
• Which parts of your pay count as applicable compensation.
• How the fee is calculated, including any applicable taxes.
• When payment starts, and the payment dates or instalments.
• What happens if you resign, are terminated, change jobs, or an offer is withdrawn.
• Late payment terms, cancellation terms and any refund terms.
• Jurisdiction and dispute resolution terms.

4. Eligibility

PAP is for candidates aged 18 or older who already have the required skills and don't need a regular training course. If a course would help you, our team will recommend one instead. Eligibility is decided after your career assessment and profile evaluation, and isn't automatic.

5. Services MYP provides

As set out in your Schedule, the services may include:

• Career consultation and assessment.
• Communication training, if you need it.
• Resume and LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed profile support.
• Mock interviews with feedback.
• A career coordinator.
• Job opportunity assistance and interview coordination.

6. Training and job readiness

PAP doesn't include a regular training course. MYP helps you prepare with the activities in your Schedule, and you agree to complete them. Any course you choose separately has its own fee and terms. The target career-support roadmap is 30–60 days, and timing depends on your profile. It's a target and not a guaranteed hiring timeline.

7. Your responsibilities

• Give true and complete information about your education, experience, skills and identity.
• Attend sessions and interviews you've agreed to, and tell us early if you can't.
• Check your resume and profiles are accurate before they're used.
• Keep control of your own accounts. We never ask for your portal passwords.
• Never use proxies, impersonation, or false or altered documents.

8. Scope of placement assistance

Placement assistance means support such as sharing relevant opportunities, coordinating applications and interviews, and preparing you for them. Any contact with recruiters or employers needs your signed authorization, and MYP always identifies itself as MYP.

9. No guarantee

MYP doesn't guarantee a job, an interview, a particular salary, or selection by any employer. Hiring decisions belong to employers. Outcomes depend on your profile, experience, skills and effort, as well as market conditions.

10. Successful placement

A successful placement has the meaning given in your Schedule. No PAP fee arises unless that meaning is met.

11. Applicable compensation

Applicable compensation means only the parts of your pay that your Schedule lists. Your Schedule will say whether each part, such as fixed pay, variable pay or bonuses, is counted.

12. When the payment obligation starts

Your obligation to pay starts only as set out in your Schedule, and not before you accept an eligible employment offer.

13. Calculation and payment schedule

The fee is calculated using the method in your Schedule, and is paid on the dates and in the way it states. MYP issues invoices as GST law requires. Whether taxes are included is stated in your Schedule.

14. Telling us about offers and employment

You agree to tell MYP promptly and truthfully about any offer you accept, your joining date, and the pay details needed to work out the fee, as your Schedule describes. You must not conceal an offer or misstate your pay. We use this information only for this agreement and as our Privacy Policy describes.

15. Resignation, termination and job changes

Please tell MYP promptly if an offer is withdrawn, you don't join, you resign, your employment ends, or you change jobs. The effect on any fee is set out in your Schedule.

16. Non-payment and disputes

If a payment is late or disputed, please contact our Grievance Officer first, and we'll try to resolve it. Your Schedule sets out any late payment terms. Each party keeps its legal remedies, and nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. Cancellation and termination

Your Schedule sets out how either party can end this agreement. MYP may end it if you seriously breach it, including by giving false information or documents. Ending this agreement doesn't cancel anything already payable under your Schedule.

18. Refunds

Any refund of amounts paid under PAP follows your Schedule. Please also see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Your Schedule sets out jurisdiction and any dispute resolution process. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline or a Consumer Commission.
